AlistairDONNDONNALISTAIRNovember 19, 1952 - December 23, 2003At home, peacefully in his sleep Alistair finally lost his battle with Huntington's Disease, a much loved and treasured husband of Julie, and a much loved companion to all his dogs and cats, dearest son-in-law to Roy and Joyce, brother-in-law to Graham and Jane, Wendy and Lee and an adored uncle of Chloe, Holli, Ben and Millie. He will also be missed by his brother John, sisters-in-law, Mary and Anna, nephews, James, Steven, Ewan and nieces Kelly Anne and Melanie. Reunited with his late brothers William and James.Alistair fought his battle with great dignity and cheerfulness and he will be remembered with respect and fond memories by all who knew him.A service of celebration for Alistair's life will be held at St Nicolas Church, Great Coates on Tuesday, December 30, at 2pm. At Alistair's request no mourning clothes to be worn.No flowers to be sent, but if desired, donations in lieu for The Blue Cross and The Huntington's Disease Association may be sent to Kettle Limited, 135 Granville Street, Grimsby, DN32 9PB.
